Refund Policy for Returns

The time frame for returns

The customer can request a return within 30 days after tracking results shows delivery.

Who pays for the return? will pay for a return if the product is wrong, defective, or broken.

The customer will pay for a return when the product is NOT wrong, defective, or broken but in good condition.

Steps for returns

To return, please:

1. Email us at and let us know if you need a refund or replacement.

2. Return the item to the address provided and let us know the tracking number.

3. We send you a refund/replacement in 2 business days after we receive the returned products. 

Restocking Fee

Please be reminded that under the following circumstances, the original shipping amount will be deducted from the refund. Only the price will be refunded.

1. Product is received in good condition, not defective or broken.

2. Product style/function/design is as described.

3. Item does not fit but its measurements are as described.

4. Item is no longer needed but it was delivered in the promised time frame.

Refund for Not Received Orders

We refund in full in the following circumstances:

1. There is no update on tracking for 45 days.

2. Item is not received 60 days after being shipped.

3. Tracking result says delivery but you can provide proof from the shipping service that the package is not delivered to you.

4. Order is not shipped and you would like to cancel it. (If it is a customized order, cancellation is not accepted.)
